My massage practice began in the Washington D.C. metro area in 1992. Over the years I studied a variety of therapies around the world. I specialize in osteopathic techniques including craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage and visceral manipulation, and became an Upledger Institute certified Craniosacral Therapist (CST).
After 18 years of developing my practice, I returned to graduate school and obtained a Master’s degree in medicine (PA-C) at Cornell Medical School in 2011. Now I enjoy bringing the knowledge from both allopathic and alternative medicine to my practice, to create a unique understanding in health, healing and wellness.
